El Puente Home is a girls' orphanage in the beautiful village of Quyquyho, Paraguay. We are a team from Calvary Chapel Mountain View who went to the Home for the first time in 2012. We gave classes and presentations on a variety of subjects: English, Music, Arts and Crafts, Life Skills, Computer Lessons and Bible Studies. Since then, we have formed deep friendships with the girls at the Home and the people of Quyquyho, and we are committed to continue to visit and support it.

Answered prayer
1) Yesterday, at our last team meeting, we had prayed specifically for God to go before us to Paraguay.
2) This morning, Justin got this Bible verse in an email:
"So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you." (Deuteronomy 31:6 NLT)
3) 26 minutes later, Sam (one of the volunteers at the Home) sends me an email with the subject "God has gone before you". Among other things, she wrote:
"Osvaldo and Maria Luisa...have been showing the Jesus Film to schools in and around Quyquyho last week. It is the first time it has ever been done. It has had huge success and over 900 children have seen the film. More will see it this week.
God in his own unique and wonderful way has gone before you, preparing the hearts of the children and young people into whole lives you will be sowing seeds"
